Purchased a Jardine, slash cut, slip on the other day.
Ok, then I purchased another "graphite" insert, (about a 1 inch tube made of graphite or something with no ends). The old one stuck in the orig. muffler and I just thought id buy a new one to insure a good seal. Now, im a girl, but I really do think I can do this. The very short instructions that came with the Jardine said they reccomend using a high temp silicone at the connection also. Do I need the silicone?
2nd...My brother in law said I may need to make adjustments to my carb. Hopefully just to the main jet, which sounds fairly simple to me.
Has anyone made this adjustment and what size did you go up or down to?
Do I have to make an adjustment to the needle?
Is this as easy to get to as it looks?
OH...I LOVE THE SOUND! IT IS GREAT! JUST WHAT I WANTED
But still waiting on the "graphite" thing before it will be on and sealed well.
I hope one of you guys can help me out!
